Physical Health

 
The mind follows the body and the body follows the mind.  Physical health is part of the attunement process that allows you to enjoy the abundance the world has to offer.

Self Actualization

Attaining peak physical health is both a key part of self-actualization and allows you the maximum ability to project your presence.  Skills learned through NLP can only be augmented by maximizing your own potentials for strength, personal power and healthy radiance.  It has been shown that people are much more open to suggestions from people that they find to be physically attractive.  There are a number of deep reasons for this including very basic hardwired survival needs.

Successful people are models of what you can become by focusing your energies.  Whether that emerges as a fashion model, an athlete are a healthy and vibrant person, a successful person has taken the effort to improve their physical well being. 

Each of us has an ideal form that we are capable of presenting, if we only work to bring it to the forefront of our personae.  Whether your natural look is rugged, large or small, exotic or ordinary, there is a light that shines from the eyes of those in good health.  

Good physical health shines from the inside of a person and attracts others to them.  Regardless of your current condition you can always improve in the area of health.  

The most important area of creating the physique and presence that you wish to portray is in your diet.   By providing your body and mind with the right fuels you create the conditions to achieve your optimal weight and maximize your performance in all areas of your life.  

Constructive Foods

 

Choosing constructive foods allows you to make the most of your fuel intake.  Much as a Ferrari is not designed to run on low grade fuels, neither is your body.   By choosing constructive foods you are taking the most important step in maximizing your energy flow.

Successful people accept the truth of these things and integrate them into their own lives as part of their course of action.    By taking care of the physical needs, the successful person makes it easier to achieve a longer and more productive life and is better able to serve themselves and others.  

If exercise and diet are weak spots in your success plan, remember that you want to maximize your opportunities to enjoy the abundance that your life brings to you.  Exercise, diet and other choices that increase your health will go far in improving your sense of well being.
